Who is Kyle Pierce?

Outside of teaching in his Fourth Grade

Classroom, Kyle Pierce is the driver and owner for the Kyle Pierce Racing

Sprint Car team, located in Spencer, New York.

Away from teaching, Kyle spends his time at the dirt tracks. Kyle will be running throughout New York running both weekly racing shows and following the ever-popular and one-of-a-kind 305 Sprint Car touring series, the CRSA Sprint Car Series. The CRSA Sprint Car Series runs throughout the state of New York. Ranging from races around the Albany Area, to the Southern Tier, and all the way back up into the Finger Lakes and Central New York region, the family-based team will be traveling often to many different areas of the state.

This past season, Kyle ran his first season in the 305 Sprint Car division. Following the CRSA Series, Kyle finished the final standings in 5th place, earning the highest finishing position for a first-time competitor. He won some qualifying races and progressed quickly throughout the year. The final three shows of the 2020 season brought two 3rd place finishes and a 4th place finish. Kyle also ran some wingless races where he recorded a win and a second place run in just two starts this past season.

This season will be Kyle’s 19th consecutive season racing; the love of motorsports and dirt track racing began at a young age. Kyle began racing at the age of 7 years old in the popular quarter-midget ranks. Since then, Kyle has raced go karts, Tobias Slingshots, Four-Cylinder Powered cars, 270cc and 600cc Micro Sprints, the extremely competitive Crate Sportsman Modified, and now the Sprint Car divisions.

Throughout his racing career, Kyle has recorded 91 feature victories which averages out to nearly five per season. Although the numbers are something to be extremely proud of, especially as a young racer, he takes great pride in his reputation. The one thing that he cares about most, despite success in racing thus far, is the reputation that follows him.

He is an individual who takes great pride in having the reputation around the racetrack and surrounding community as being a kind, respectful, and friendly guy. Kyle takes his time to spend as much time with the community's youth as he possibly can because he wants to leave a positive experience in children’s lives. He leads by example and shows great class and respect for his fellow racers, competitors, equipment, and most importantly, the fans and supporters of this great sport.
